Morning walk means to get up early in the morning and go for the running and walk to any place in the area where you live. Some people choose the best park or ground for the walk in there area and some like to walk on the roadside like Footpaths.
Benefits of Morning Walk
Morning walk has many benefits some of them are as under:

When you start your day with the morning walk give's you the extra energy which give's you the more power or confidence to work.
2: Physiological Benefits:
These benfits include some things which are:
- improve self-esteem
- boost mood
- reduce stress
- reduce anxiety
- reduce fatigue
- ease depression symptoms or reduce your risk for depression
The morning walk helps you to burn the calories in the body and lose the extra weight you have gained and which is dangerous for your health because it causes many disease like Heart Attack, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Pain in the whole body, Laziness.
Walking for 30 minutes can burn upto 150 calories.
4: Give strength to muscles:
Morning walk give the strength tou your muscles and it makes the bones and muscles healthy and strong and your legs will not feel tiredness when you make your habbit of morning walk.

Morning walk makes your mind strong and fresh. You will not feel stress anytime and you will stay fresh and your mind will takes every task easy and new idea will appear in your mind to do the work in a better way and your study carrier will be improved.

Jogging is different from the walk because it is the form of running with the slow speed to maintain the physical fitness with less stress.

Everything has some benefits same like that jogging has benefits which are

- improve cardiovascular fitness

- help maintain a healthy weight.

1: Weigth Lose:
Make a proper diet plan for a week and start the jogging regularly and burn the calories and fats from the body and keep yourself strong and fit.
2: Getting Fit:
If you are on initial stage than you should have to start with brisk walking, progress to jogging and work up to running. This should take a some time.
3: Physical Fitness:
Add other forms of exercise (such as swimming or team sports) with your jogging to maximize your fitness.
